Haunted Mansion Doomed Stretching Portraits
I grew up going to theme parks as a kid and so did my husband. When we started dating we became passholders at different theme parks and attractions wherever we lived. We have since done the same for our kids. One of my favorite attractions around is the Haunted Mansion in Magic Kingdom at Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
There are so many pieces of the mansion that stand out to me, but I always had a love for the stretching portraits when you first enter the mansion. The doomed Tight Rope Walker was always my favorite. I decided that I wanted a sticker for my water bottle of the tightrope walker in a sketchy, watercolor style. Pretty specific I know. When I didn't find anything that fit what I was looking for, I set out to make my own. After I finished my version of the Tight Rope Walker, I decided to create the other stretching portraits in the same style. I’ve now added the Ghost Host, and have made plans to continue the series with other happy haunts from the attraction.
